Oct. 14 — Taylor's funeral services held at the Church of the Holy Comforter in Vienna, VA.
Police release some details of Fawly's statement: he admits to being with Behl when she died. He says he accidentally killed her during a sexual encounter in her car in Mathews County, just hours after she was last seen by her roommate at VCU the night of Sept. 5.
Oct. 16 — Janet Pelasara, Taylor's mother, defends her daughter in a statement to the press saying that Fawlye's claim: "...is just one more perversion of the truth in his ever-changing web of lies."
Oct. 18 — Grand jury judge issues gag order to witnesses in Behl case.
Nov. 21 — Mathew County jury to hears evidence against Ben Fawley
Jan. 17, 2006 — Grand jury indicts Fawley for first degree murder
Jan. 26 — Fawley makes first court appearance in Taylor Behl murder case as Mathews County as grand Jury hands down a true bill
Aug. 3 — Taylor Behl's Autopsy reults are released. Medical examiner says Behl was killed, but hedges on cause. Delay in Ben Fawley's trial refused by judge.
Aug. 9 — Fawley Pleads no contest to the murder of Taylor Behl.
