PHOENIX, Ariz. - Mark Goudeau, 42, has been arrested and charged with nine murders attributed to the "Baseline Killer" who has terrorized the Phoenix area since August 2005. According to Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris, Goudeau has been in custody since September, when he was arrested for an unrelated assault. The Baseline Killer case includes 23 shootings and rapes, which left nine people dead.

| LONDON, England - The children of convicted serial killer Rose West have received a letter from their mother, in which she says she will no longer communicate with them. In the letter, Rose wrote: "I was never a parent and could never be now... I am sorry... I can't be something different now. Too much has happened and too much damage has been done." According to The Guardian, both her daughter Anne-Marie, 42, and son Stephen, 32, have previously attempted suicide. |
