According to Deputy Prosecutor Antonio D. Koures, if convicted of second-degree murder Sinn could serve a sentence of 10 to 18 years. A conviction on the lesser charge of manslaughter would result in a 6- to 8-year prison sentence.
At this time it remains unclear if Justin Sinn will be charged in connection with Jerid's death.
