BIHAR, India — Authorities have arrested Subodhan Kumar, 25, in the deaths of nine people, dating back to 1995. The arrest came following an illegal weapons charge. According to investigators, Kumar voluntarily confessed to the murders and led them to one of the victim's bodies. Kumar is the third serial killer arrested in India in the past two weeks. These recent cases seem to suggest India is becoming a haven for serial murderers.

| WICHITA, Kan. — The former home of BTK serial killer Dennis Rader will be torn down. According to Mayor Dee Stuart, the city bought the house so that they could tear it down to provide an entranceway to a park that sits behind it. "We'd have to buy somebody's house to knock it down in order to do that," Stuart said in an interview with The Wichita Eagle. "So that's what we're going to do." The demolition is set to take place sometime this spring. |
