PUNJAB, India — The badly decomposed bodies of four children have been found at an abandoned mill owned by Jagmeet Singh Brar, an influential politician.  According to Brar, he has no knowledge of what happened or where the bodies came from.  The mill has been closed for the last five years.  Investigators have identified the victims as two girls and two boys, between the ages of 9 and 13.  Evidence at the scene suggests they were strangled and then burnt.  The investigation is ongoing.

QUEENSLAND, Australia — Last week convicted serial killer Leonard Fraser, 55, went into cardiac arrest and died.   Today the coroner announced that a routine autopsy has been conducted, but the results have not yet been released.  According to news reports, the paperwork must first pass through the proper channels before the public is allowed access.  At the time of his death, Fraser was serving a life sentence for the murders of three Rockhampton women and a schoolgirl.

MUMBAI, India — Over the last four months, the bodies of six men have turned up dead.  Authorities suspect a serial killer is responsible for the murders and for the past few weeks they have been circulating a sketch of the man.  Nonetheless, the killer remains at large and some people now believe he has struck again.  Today the body of a man was found at the foot of a bridge in the same area as the previous victims.  Sources close to the investigation have said the manner in which the victim died is similar to the other unsolved murders.  Authorities have yet to comment.

NOIDA, India — Last week, the bodies of 17 children were unearthed from a drainage ditch in a local village.  The suspects are Mohinder Singh Pandher, a millionaire businessman, and his servant Surendra Kohli, alias Satish.  The two men are accused of working together in the serial murders.

According to recent news reports, Koli has confessed eating the organs of some of his victims.  These same reports allege that investigators found flesh in the fridge of the bungalow, where the children's remains were found inside storm drains.  It has also been alleged that Koli practiced necrophilia with the victims.  Both men have been charged with rape, murder, kidnapping, and criminal conspiracy.
