Hall-of-Fame wrestler Andre Roussimoff, known to the wrestling world as Andre the Giant, was arrested in Linn County, Iowa, in August 1989 for assaulting a local TV cameraman. The 7-foot-4-inch, 540-pound French wrestler died four years after the incident. According to his Web site, fans referred to him as The Gentle Giant.
