Lindsay Lohan: Not My Jeans, Lost My Passport, My Uncle Died...Uh Wait, I Have a List
In Santa Monica, 2007, Lohan was arrested for cocaine possession, driving under the influence and not having a valid license. When asked about the drug filled container in her jeans pocket, she said she wasn't doing drugs and the clothes weren't even hers. Authorities didn't buy either excuse.

But the excuses keep coming. Lohan was sentenced to probation and alcohol counseling which she attended sporadically. As a result she was scheduled for a court appearance in May 2010, which she missed because she allegedly lost her passport. Judge Marsha Revel noted that a U.S. passport could have been replaced in hours if Lohan had reported it. The judge also requested proof that Lohan even had a return ticket for that date as she claims. Lohan also missed her last alcohol counseling session because, according to her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, her uncle died. But when asked if she had attended the funeral, Holley said, "She did not." Lohan's probation has been revoked and she is now on bail. The requirements of her bail include random drug testing, so she can no longer leave the Los Angeles area, and a SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) ankle bracelet. Holley asked that the provision for the SCRAM bracelet be removed because it would interfere with filming some reshoots for her role in the movie Machete. But it seems Lindsay's excuses have temporarily run out, because a spokesperson for 20th Century Fox contradicted Holley, telling CNN that Machete is well into post-production already and no reshoots are scheduled.
