HOUMA, La. — A Terrebonne Parish judge has imposed a gag order on the case of suspected serial killer Ronald Joseph Dominique. The order prohibits any law-enforcement agency within Terrebonne Parish from discussing the case. Several media outlets have announced they expect to challenge the order. Last week Dominique confessed to committing 23 homicides, dating as far back as 1997. He is being held on a $9 million dollar bond. His arraignment is set for Jan. 16.
