As I am trying to navigate this adult person ad website, that familiar "you've got mail message" sounds out over my pc speakers. In an attempt to be more helpful, Tami generously provided me with her user name and password for the website. She and her husband are what the site refers to as "gold members" thus giving them more privileges then a commoner such as myself.
So here I am, sitting in my office waiting for the login confirmation, when suddenly it approves my presence and Tami's profile page pops up. Now I must tell you, in all my years of writing true crime, I was never prepared for anything like this. While it is no secret that Gary King, Jack Olsen (rest his soul) and Marilyn Bardsley have always been mentors to me in this genre — graciously helping me along, sharing tips and basically setting me on the road to where I am now — they never bothered to tell me how to react when presented with a photo of a source, buck naked, with a man's genitals...well, let me say no more about that. It was, to say the least, rather educational.

After getting over my initial shock, I started browsing profiles of men from Woody's area. He lied about his age on the Yahoo personals ad I discovered the other day, so I figured I needed to broaden my search. Thankfully, the website had a fully integrated search engine, which allowed me to enter age ranges, race, locations, etc. There are even selections relating to sexual preferences. Apparently the website's goal is to make it as easy as possible for kinky people to find other kinky people, to enjoy in mutually kinky pleasures. Yes, a lot of kink seems to go on there.
