According to Fox News, the Madison Police Department has sent information on Kelly's case to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in hopes that national exposure could help generate new leads.
"The case is still being considered a missing person case as far as I know," Joel DeSpain, public relations officer for the Madison Police Department, told Fox News. "However, we haven't ruled anything out. The evidence does not suggest that a crime has been committed."
