The woman who photographed the alleged sexual acts was not charged with any crimes. Following the incident, she took custody of Hernandez's and Jimenez's children. According to Lemma, his department could not charge any of the women with neglect because there is no criminal statutory requirement in Florida in regards to a babysitter's age. Instead, the state makes this determination based on the maturity level of the child placed in charge of watching the children. In this case, the oldest child was 12 years old.

Yesterday, Mycrimespace.com posted a link to a MySpace profile purportedly belonging to Jimenez. The profile, which is set private, lists her age and location and also includes the following quote: "I'll always live for the nights I can't remember and the friends I'll never forget." I'm sure last Friday is one of those nights she wishes she could forget.
