The incident quickly escalated, and one of the pool patrons contacted the Vice President of the Home Association. When the vice president arrived, he confronted one of the women, who in turn allegedly dumped a glass of water on his head and threatened to burn his house down.
The two women who were engaged in the alleged sexual activities have been identified as Emily Hernandez, 35, and Johannie Jimenez, 33. According to a witness, the women had spent the better part of an hour in the restroom while their five children, whose ages range from 11 months to 12 years, played in the pool area.

Deputies with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office arrived on the scene at about 5:00 p.m., at which time they observed Hernandez and Jimenez to be drunk and disorderly.
"They [Hernandez and Jimenez] were argumentative with each other," Lemma said. "They were combative with the deputies on the scene. After receiving a statement from the Vice President, deputies attempted to facilitate an arrest of Hernandez. During that arrest, Hernandez started to physically resist, and Jimenez came to her aide and was subsequently arrested for battery charges."
