As of this writing, it is not clear if Lineida Olivera is another victim of Worcester's serial killer; however, her description — 5 feet 3 inches, 125 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair — is similar to the physical descriptions of the previous victims.
"It is being looked at independently as a missing person's case, but you can't deny the fact that there are striking similarities with the other homicides," Detective Capt. Edward J. McGinn Jr. told the Telegram and Gazette Thursday. "We would be remiss if we didn't feel that this was somehow involved because of the similarities socially and physically of the other victims."

Lineida's family recently set up a profile dedicated to her disappearance on the popular social networking Web site MySpace.com. In the "about me" section of the profile they wrote:
"My name is Lineida Olivera. I'm also known as Linda or Rosa. I am 34 years old and have been missing since January. I am the mother of 11 and also have two grandchildren. My family misses me very much and needs your help to find me. I was last seen in Worcester, Mass. My description is as follows ... Race: Hispanic; Height: 5 feet 3; Weight: 120—130 pounds; Hair: Black; Eyes: Dark Brown; Skin: Light-med. brown; DOB: 7/12/1972.
Anyone with information in any of these cases is asked to call the Worcester Detective Bureau at (508) 799-8606.
