COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (Crime Libarary) — Volunteers, backed by a detective or two, are expected to conduct another search Saturday for Tracy Tribble, the 35-year-old Council Bluffs woman who vanished two weeks ago, apparently from her home.
"The family is conducting another search,' said Sgt. Jerry Mann of the Council Bluffs police. It was not immediately clear where the family planned to search, though Mann said it would be "within the city of Council Bluffs" and that one, and perhaps two detectives would be assigned to help.
So far, investigators have little information about Tribble's disappearance. She was last seen, authorities have said by her husband, Stan Tribble around 6 a.m. on May 3. Tribble has told authorities that when returned home hours later, Tracy Tribble was gone though her car was still in the driveway and her beloved dog was running loose.

While authorities have not identified Stan Tribble as a suspect in his wife's disappearance, they have acknowledged that there was at least one report of possible domestic violence in the couple's history and that for the moment; he remains their only "person of interest."
In the meantime, Tribble's family has enlisted the aid of a psychic to help locate the missing woman, or her remains. And the police on Thursday released a detailed description of the clothing the woman was last seen wearing.
The diminutive woman was apparently dressed in dark blue pants, possibly jeans, a green sweater and a dark green jacket with gray fleece lining, said Detective. R.G. Miller
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the case to contact the Council Bluffs Police Department at (712) 328-4764, or a tip line set up by the Tribble family at (402) 218-1199.
