Washington, D.C. (CRIME LIBRARY) — Richmond City police media spokeswoman confirmed Tuesday that a grand jury is being convened in the case of the missing college freshman Taylor Behl. The spokeswoman was not permitted to say anything else about the grand jury.
The upcoming grand jury will address the Taylor Behl case and is not related to child pornography charges that her one-time boyfriend Ben W. Fawley, 38, will face.
Steve Huff, a well-known true crime blogger, received some information that one or more of Taylor's skateboarding friends that she saw the night she disappeared may be called to testify at the grand jury. Two of the skateboarders that have been questioned are Jesse Schultz, 22, and a man named Kevin.
